Showed up on time with very positive attitude and work ethic. Very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend this moving company. Just wanted to mention that Eric and CJ were amazing with our delivery to NC. Quickly moved everything into our new home. Showed up on time, called before to let us know ETA. Great work attitude and ethics all the movers seemed to have at Haulin Assets. Whatever they are doing, just keep moving. Great job!

This company saves the day. My movers canceled I called Friday late afternoon had a great conversation with the sales team and they were at my door the next morning. Moved everything with ease protecting everything. Respectful of the walls and property. They were timely and efficient. Thank you.

Jerry, Noah and Marcelo were phenomenal! They were on time and ready to work. They worked extremely well together and had all of the necessary equipment to make my move efficient and painless! Super please with this team and Hauling Assets. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Add Juno beach to areas of service.

They were ok. Showed up on time, but that's about it. They scratched the entire front of an antique piece (circa 1920) of furniture by shoving into a space it obviously didn't fit into. His response was "Well I think I did pretty good up till this point " It's sad that those are the standards of movers today. Now, I get the benefit of finding, and paying, someone who can match the stain and craftsmanship of early American made furniture.Also, they didn't strap anything down. Even though I said I had straps for them to use. My wife told me that the mover said that I said I was going to strap everything down, which was a lie. I thought I was paying moving helpers to do the work, like strapping things down. Apparently, you now pay movers just so that you can do half the work for them.Wouldn't recommend them. Might be better off asking a friend to help you move instead. Cheaper and probably better at not destroying your furniture.****UPDATE********Dear Austin,I hope this reply finds you well. I appreciate the call you gave me the morning after I left my review. I love how you try and immediately put the blame on the customer.You were not even on location during my move, but please, go ahead and take your employees' word over mine on how things happened during my job. You say that I must not know what I am doing when it comes to wrapping furniture.then please answer me why your one employee said, "Wow, you did an amazing job wrapping your furniture. It looks just as good, if not better, than we would have done. Please ask your mover if he said that ? If he says no, then I at least know they are the liars. My wife was standing right next to me when he said it.When you called me the morning after my review to discuss the situation, the reason I hung up on you is because you insinuated that i was lying when I told you that I told your employee where the tie-down straps were. The entire conversation was you putting the blame on me, because obviously your employees are never wrong. Take ownership of your employees and their actions, and maybe you wouldn't have this review on your company.FYI, while unloading the truck, I see that your employees also forgot to mention to you that they apparently dropped one side of the large $3,000 cabinet while loading it into the uhaul, breaking off the leg (which by the way is galvanized metal) not easy to do, but hey, that must be my fault too. Except for one fact; YOUR employees are the ones who wrapped that cabinet because I wasn't able to lift it down to wrap myself before they arrived. I have attached photos of the broken metal leg. I also included pictures of how the furniture was wrapped BY ME with moving blankets and surarn wrap.Your reply to my review shows exactly the type of person you are and the business you run. Push the blame and take the fame. Kinda funny how you have 3 reviews just in the last month that all say the same thing; your movers damaged their belongings. My wife and I recently were gifted a set of twin boys. This changed everything for my growing family. We needed more room and quickly. We were lucky to find a place nearby and our realtor recommended hauling assets for our move. Well they came with a strong recommendation and completely backed up everything Austin told me that they would do. Tim and Keenan plus Noah put in long hard day for us . It rained very hard for a hour and they didn't stop even for a moment. They just kept packing and wrapping my furniture like they were making mummies out of everything. We are so satisfied with hauling assets that we used them two more times to move our piano.

I used this company for my move recently. Mark and Bryan, Jerry were so great, they listened to my concerns, took care in moving our belongings and took the huge stress of moving and really minimized it for me. I will definitely use them for any future moves!

Right off the bat I’ll say that the movers (the guys that actually do the job) despite being over worked are very nice, have a good attitude and are very careful when dealing with your stuff. My issue is with management at this company, they quoted me an hourly rate for my 2 bedroom apartment plus a standard moving fee which I agreed to. Mid-move they decided to call an additional person to help them finish the move (without verifying with me) and charged me an additional $53 for that mover, I lightly disputed it but didn’t have the energy to fight over that amount so I let it go and paid. A few days later I get a final receipt from them and they ended up charging me $113.33 for that mover and took it right out of my deposit. If you do hire them be VERY careful and specific about the charges up front or they’ll get you with extra fees at the end.

The Service Mgr named Reece that I dealt with at the office was friendly and professional and responded quickly when I had questions. The two young men that were sent to move my furniture were prompt, friendly, professional and careful with my belongings. I highly recommend this company!

I used Haulin Assets for the second time recently (the first time was a few years ago) to load a pod container for a cross state move. I have moved every year over the past 6 years and I will say it has never taken over 2 hours for a load to be done and this time took the movers about 4 hours so I ended up paying way more than I was planning to which was very upsetting. I did have a small pod which caused for some creativity with packing but the job still should not have taken as long as it did considering I had a 1 bedroom with a small den. I recently received my items and noticed many of my totes broke or were smashed due to the way they were packed, i.e. heavier totes were placed on top of lighter ones causing damage. Also I was not informed ahead of time that using their tape would be a fee and my movers were not the most efficient with the use of it as a few rolls of tape were not used completely (still had a few feet on them) prior to starting a new role. My first experience was great and what led me to using them again. Moving forward I would only recommend them with caution to the things I have mentioned above.

We choose Haulin Assets based on referrals from a realtor and people moving themselves. We had them unload 3 PODs on different days. While they were efficient, they took the necessary time to not hit walls, doors and treat the items as if they were their own. The young gentlemen that came on the various days were all polite, asked questions on where we wanted things placed and and seemed happy to be here. We truly appreciated all of the help and would use them again. Highly recommend!!

This is the third time that I have used Haulinassets and they have been always excellent. They are prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and they really seem to care about what they are doing. They were especially polite, and we’re even reluctant to except a bottle of water in the 95° heat. The three movers I had were excellent. They packed moved, and to an extent unpacked. Nothing repeat nothing was broken, even the most delicate things. Every plate, every glass, every little space was individually and properly wrapped. The movers worked very hard. Very efficiently and very well together.I could go on what suffice it to say that if I was to move again. The company is excellent, easy to deal with, and their employees are great I would recommend them for any job large or small

I would recommend Haulin Assets. The movers were professional and efficient. I was very comfortable with them, and they were very careful with my furniture. I would suggest taking care when you book to make sure the details are correct. The phone operator was competing with a lot of background noise on his end, which was not his fault, but I ended up having to make corrections to my reservation. Luckily, they send a detailed moving plan upon setup, which allowed me to catch the error and get it fixed very easily. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I will use this company again.

We recently moved a 3 bedroom home from Miami to Orlando, with Haulin Assets. I have to say that it was the best experience I’ve had with a moving company. I would highly recommend them. The entire experience went smoothly from the first contact through the delivery.

I would not recommend a move with Haulin Assets. Despite their cute tagline—"We always use protection"—this clearly was not the case with our belongings, which were handled roughly and carelessly, leading to much damage, including irreparably torn chairs and a gashed wardrobe, and at least four furniture pieces with missing and/or broken legs. One chest of drawers had a broken door; a shelving unit arrived with a missing shelf; the movers also failed to attach our mirror to the chest; we had to pay an outside handyman to do this. Despite FRAGILE labels, boxes were handled and placed every which way, including upside down, which caused certain lotions and paints to spill, damaging the contents around them. They said they would be back on a second trip to attach the mirror and then never contacted us again. What's worse is the lack of accountability. Despite our speaking to Reese over phone—after our text messages were ignored for days—Haulin Assets stopped responding to our messages, preferring to simply wash their hands of us. I regret choosing Haulin' Assets.

I have used this moving service 3 times in the past several years and they are nothing short than amazing every time! They are always on time, professional, respectful and fast. The whole team works together at a quick steady speed until completion. They are knowledgeable in packing and loading so everything fits safely. I have not had anything broken or damaged as they were so careful with my items. Overall I give this company and it’s team a 5/5 and they deserve it.

This was the best move I ever made. Ricardo and DJ were professionals, they came on time, wrapped and cared for everything. they were friendly and quick to respond to all my concerns. It only took them 4 hours for the whole job. I had to wait for another outfit to pick up some donated items…they had finished unloading before I got home. The price was terrific too.

I normally do not give reviews on any company, however, I'm making an exception for Haulin Assets. Austin and his team are exceptional movers! They completely loaded two 26ft moving trucks (to the doors) of my home furnishings, then unloaded the trucks the next day without a scratch or damage to any of my items. Their price beat the competition's prices by thousands of dollars. I really can't say enough good things about this company. Should I ever have to move again, I will seek their services. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Overall a great experience. The team took all of the stress out of the usually dreaded moving day. Everyone is extremely professional and they have a system down pat that makes them very quick and proficient, while also being careful with your belongings. I highly recommend this company for whatever your moving needs require.

Wow these guys were awesome. I developed some health issues and was unable to completely pack y stuff. The guys said no problem and had me packed and out the door super fast. They were very careful with my stuff and a pleasure to work with. I will use them again if the need ever arises. 10n stars to Haulin Assets.Another emergency need for moving help. I had heavy furniture that needed moved from one apt building to the next and a Uhaul that needed loaded. Made a quick call to Hauling Assets and they told me no problem. 3 guys showed up next day and took over the job while I mostly watched. Furniture safely in its new home and assembled and the Uhaul was packed in a couple of hours. I hope I don't need moving help again soon but if I do it will be Hauling Assets.

Moving is tough, but these guys made it a GREAT EXPERIENCE!Kelly, the driver and chief on the crew was amazing. He ran a great crew. All of the movers were professional and courteous. They were extremely careful and cared about their job.. They came in under budget and delivered on time! The owner of the company even came out to check on things.I highly recommend Haulin-Assets, if you need to move! Great job and much appreciated!

Excellent in all aspects. Phone calls are answered immediately. Spencer answered my initial phone call. He is personable, detailed and accurate with the pricing. He also follows up with customer service phone calls as the move date approaches. Two movers, Austin and helper, moved our China cabinet and contents. They are very impressive, courteous and handled this china cabinet, the glass shelves and delicate contents with extreme care and precision. We were most impressed with all of the service and pricing.In today's world this kind of customer service is hard to find. These guys are a breath of fresh air.
