Excellent in all aspects. Phone calls are answered immediately. Spencer answered my initial phone call. He is personable, detailed and accurate with the pricing. He also follows up with customer service phone calls as the move date approaches. Two movers, Austin and helper, moved our China cabinet and contents. They made the moving process look very easy! At first when I was signing the contract, I wasn’t sure if it’s worth the money I am paying. But when the day arrived, and they came, I was very happy I hired them. They covered and wrapped all the tables, peaces of bed, disassemble the bed and reassembled at the destination, sofa and everything. Also they put the things in the right place, very pro active and fast and professional. The owner is also very nice guy. Overall I highly recommend this company if you want to have a seamless move.

I cannot recommend this company enough! The guys that showed up to do my move where punctual, professional, polite, superfast, and genuinely good guys! The owner of the business is fantastic. Everyone is super responsive. They took such incredible care of my belongings and put over 60 boxes in the rooms where they belonged and at my direction without any hiccups. I received excellent service from Haulin Assets beginning with their administrative person, Maria, who answered all questions I had, to the movers, Bryan and Tim, who arrived early for the appointment and proceeded to transport my personal belongings in a careful and safe manner. All my furniture was packed properly to prevent any damage and it all arrived in good condition to its final destination.I was given a reasonable quote for moving my furniture and the final cost did not diverge from the original estimate. I had the pleasure of having Cesar, Brian and Cid move my belongings from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale. Not only were they very professional and polite, but they also treated my furniture and boxes with care which is a rarity with truckers. I have had the worse experience with trucking companies in the past, and the only one I would recommend again is Haulin Assets. The only issue is that the rep on the phone told me all supplies (wrap, tape, etc) were included in the price. I asked him twice just to be sure. In the end I was billed for more wrap or tape (I cannot recall), because I had used more than the allotted amount. I spoke to the owner about it and I feel like I was misled. So make sure you know what your quote includes. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again this summer

Great experience with Haulin Assets!! We had a 2 day long move with packing, driving, and reassembling furniture. All I can say is: this company is LEGIT, and you will be taken care of. Well worth the price. The communication was absolutely top notch, and they were on time both days, ready to go. The first day our movers were Chris, Kevin, Brian, and Noah. They packaged everything wonderfully, and they were such a pleasure to be around. Mannnn when I tell you I was scammed 2x before finding Austin from Haulin Assets. And I am very particular about my belongings. I have mirrored dressers, mirrored vases , glass vases and heavy stuff. Austin came out and was fair with prices. His team of young men were professional and really nice. These are really cool people. All of my items arrived in GA SAFE AND SOUND JUST AS HE PROMISED. And they set everything up as he promised as well. His word is bond and I respect that. I know this review will put pressure on Austin to deliver this kind of service for everyone. But he delivers. I've moved a dozen times in the last 30 years, self-move, hired laborers, PODS, all types, but Hauling Assets was by far the most impressive and easiest move ever. Cesar the lead guy took charge, and Reinier & Hunter were all awesome. Took great care of all of my things, wrapped and padded all furniture, and stayed on track and time. I usually don’t leave reviews (good or bad). My experience with Haulin Assets is deserving of one and might shed light on someone thinking about moving on their own. Reconsider!! For starters, renting a uhaul is not much difference in price… factor in gas, miles and the extra fees they don’t tell you about like using the dolly, blankets, etc… Then factor in the convenience of having people professionally wrap your belongings, doing the heavy lifting, loading, unloading…. You really can’t go wrong! Our movers Chris and Brian were hands down a breath of fresh air! What would’ve taken a day if not more had I did… they got it done in just a few hours. Just make sure when you hire them, you have water on deck…. Room temperature preferably!

UPDATE:I used them a 3rd time. Yeah my moving habits have been nuts these past few years, but before even reaching out to a moving company in my area in Texas, I reached out to these guys to see if they may be in my area for ANOTHER move. Luckily they were. Price was once again very competitive, and the crew was extremely professional. I was working on a tight timeframe to my new address in South Carolina and the crew worked hard to meet my time constraints. They definitely went above and beyond for me and are very honest and trustworthy. Thanks again Austin!!!!Just used them a 2nd time for a long distance move. Florida to Texas. They did an awesome job. They met my timeframe and were very fair on the price. Austin always kept me in the loop during the transport and my stuff showed up in perfect condition. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Just a solid bunch of people.Austin was incredible in fitting me into what is a busy schedule with my last minute move. Today was packing day. They did an amazing and thorough job packing, wrapping, Andy prepping everything for the move tomorrow. My move was complicated. I moved from an 8th floor elevator building. I requested the full service and had them pack me up. They came with all the packing material and boxes and did a great job protecting my valuables.
